Morning training in the blistering sun and despite the early hour, PUMAFootball only spotted smiles. However – smiles that are more and more alert.

You can tell reality is closing in as destination South Africa approaches. Reality also says that only 23 out of the 30-man-big squad will go, when training kicks in after a few warm up routines they are all entering a very focused zone.





Not even when the sky suddenly decided to open up and shower the team did they flinch, ensuring us that Ghana is not only fun and games.
